Almost 4!!

So, this is a position we see Caroline in often, kicked back playing on the ipad as long as we will possibly allow!
We went to Nana and Pop's house over the weekend for a pre-birthday dinner. It was so fun for her! She was happy to wear her tutu, happy to have prizes and a fabulous cupcake birthday cake made by Nana! Caroline is so loved and we are so thankful!
Waiting for a prize!

How cute is that??

Also, over the weekend, Caroline had a special day with Uncle Jack and Aunt Lori! She told us, "I had the best day!" They picked her up, took off to Chic fil A for lunch then saw Beauty and the Beast in 3D! What child would not have loved it!! I think her Aunt and Uncle were surprised by all the popcorn she ate and all things she had to say! How wonderful!

The only spec of snow we've seen this year!

Yes, Caroline is wearing her Cinderella dress and her pajamas! Why not?

Fun Pre-Christmas

We had a house full for Christmas! It was awesome! Tyler, Becca and our nieces were here for a few days. It was very quiet and sad when they left! There was lots of playing in the playroom, chasing "Guncan," as Savannah calls him, and lots of gifts! I wish they lived closer so our visits would not be so few and far between! The girls are all growing up so fast and we miss Ty and Becca so much!

Trying to get the girls all to look and smile for a picture!

Christmas 2012

James and I LOVE Christmas! We love the tree, the lights, the love and most of all, the joy! What a joy it is to have a child on Christmas! Caroline woke excited every morning, wanting to find her elf and open her advent tree. She enjoyed church this year on Christmas eve. It was wonderful to hear her sing carols and watch her hold her candle up during Silent Night.
Celebrating the birth of Jesus is the true joy and seeing that through our child's eyes melted our hearts!
Christmas morning awesome! I wish I could experience it again in slow motion!
