Walt Disney World 2010

"All my dreams came true!" That is what Caroline told me today about her first trip to Disney! James promised her that if she were potty trained we would go meet Mickey! So, we did. James, myself, Caroline and Mimi spent 5 action packed, magical dream come true days in Disney World!
The first day we arrived, we walked over to Epcot for lunch. By luck we ended up at the Epcot Character Spot! Who was there, the Mouse himself and all his friends! Caroline freaked out! I don't have these photos because they were taken by the photo pass people from Disney so I have to purchase them. We thought she might be afraid of them, but she walked straight up and hugged Mickey! The rest of the trip she talked about "that hugging Mickey" and his gloves. That night we went to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party! It was a long day, but so incredible!
Day 2, Caroline opened her eyes (early) and grinned this big adorable grin at me and her daddy in the bed. She ran to see Mimi in the other room, then pulled back the draperies and said, "I'm looking for the Magic Kingdom!" That day we had the most glorious lunch at Cinderella's Royal Table IN THE CASTLE! Caroline was dressed in her pink Aurora gown and crown. She looked beautiful. Prior to lunch, she had a personal meet and greet with Cinderella and a photo taken which was given to us during our meal. She was so excited that she could not eat! She met all of the princesses, most importantly Sleeping Beauty! She and Aurora sang, "Once Upon A Dream" together. It was absolutely precious! Notice in several of the princess and Caroline photos, Caroline did not want to take her eyes off of them, so she is facing the camera with eyes held tight on her heros.
We had several character meals after that, meeting every character imaginable. We bought glow necklaces and spinners and t-shirts, fancy drinks with glow in the dark Tink and Buzz, and of course, Mickey ears. We ate funnel cakes and pretzels and popcorn, Mickey waffles and ice cream! It's a good thing we walked about 100 miles a day.
This was a trip that will burn bright in our memories forever. The excitement on her face and the squeals of joy were magical!
